Definition
A Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is the official document allowing a building to be occupied. For buildings requiring ERRCS, demonstrating adequate radio coverage or having an approved enhancement system is typically required before the CO is issued. Failed ERRCS compliance can delay or prevent building occupancy.
