BDA Systems provides BDA/ERRCS testing, installation, certification, and related compliance services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- RSSI and DAQ testing
- Grid testing and coverage mapping
- System design and installation
- Commissioning and certification
- Annual recertification
- Consultation services
Service Requests and Contracts
Submitting a request through our website does not create a binding contract. All services are subject to a separate service agreement that will be provided before work begins. Service pricing, scope, and terms will be specified in the service agreement.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Provide access to the building and relevant documentation
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay for services as agreed in the service contract
- Not misrepresent your authority to request services

Compliance Reports and Documentation
Compliance reports and test results are provided for the specific building and conditions tested. Reports are valid as of the test date and subject to the limitations stated in the report. Building conditions, environmental factors, and code requirements may change over time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDA Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet all AHJ requirements, as requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change. We make reasonable efforts to stay current with applicable codes and standards.
