FCC Retransmission Agreements
A retransmission agreement is a formal legal document signed by the local radio system licensee authorizing a building to rebroadcast public safety frequencies inside the structure.
Required before any BDA system can be activated
Must be signed by the FCC license holder (typically local public safety agency)
The AHJ will not approve a system without this agreement on file
Agreement specifies which frequencies can be amplified and system operating parameters
